Use of Artificial Intelligence

Lifehack Bootcamp, Inc. uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our coaching team deliver better, more personalized support to our clients. We are committed to using these tools responsibly and transparently.

Our AI Commitment

What we use AI for. AI tools may be used to assist our coaching team in reviewing intake surveys and internal coaching notes, identifying patterns and themes that help us better serve you, and preparing more personalized coaching recommendations and session follow-ups.

What we do NOT share with AI tools. We take care not to submit your directly identifying information — such as your full name, email address, phone number, or IP address — to any AI tools. However, if you voluntarily include additional personal details in your intake surveys or coaching communications (such as your employer, job title, or other identifying context), we cannot guarantee that such information will not be processed by AI-assisted tools used by our coaching team. By submitting your intake survey, you acknowledge and consent to this possibility. If you have concerns, you may omit such details from your responses or contact us to request an AI opt-out.

Purpose. Any use of AI in connection with your information is solely for the purpose of improving the quality of coaching and support you receive. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that affect your access to services, and we do not allow AI tools to use your information for their own training purposes to the extent we are able to contractually restrict such use.

Your right to opt out. If you prefer that your information not be used in connection with any AI tools, you may request this at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will honor that request and flag your account accordingly. This will not affect your access to any program or service.

Third-party AI tools. Where we use third-party AI platforms, we select providers with strong data protection standards. We do not authorize these platforms to sell or share your information.

11

How We Protect Your Information

We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors.

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. Some information you enter on our Website may be transmitted securely via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Credit card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.

We may use software programs to create summary statistics for assessing visitor numbers, identifying system performance issues, and improving our service. We also use software to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

12

Policy Changes

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. The effective date of the current Privacy Policy is identified at the top of this page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically reviewing this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

13

Visitors' GDPR Rights

If you are within the European Union, you are entitled to certain information and have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Those rights include:

  • We will retain any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) the Company deciding that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it.
  • You have the right to request access to your data that the Company stores, and the rights to either rectify or erase your personal data.
  • You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your data.
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to the portability of your data.
  • To the extent that you provided consent to the Company's processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal.
We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.
