We’re Demir and Carey Bentley. We show professionals and entrepreneurs how to perform at the highest level and get their lives back, without burning out.

Demir was a senior analyst on Wall Street, creating millions in new revenue. Carey was managing billion-dollar brands in corporate America. On paper, we were winning. In reality, we were exhausted, resentful, and watching our health come apart.
So we rebuilt how we worked from the ground up. Demir went from 80-hour weeks to two focused hours a day, and got promoted anyway. We started a company and have run it on an average of 28 hours a week ever since.

The goal was never to do more. It was to build real success without trading away the life we wanted to live.
What started as our own survival system became the Winning the Week Method, the weekly planning ritual at the heart of everything we teach. We wrote it down, and it became a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller.
Since then we’ve coached over 100,000 professionals, from solo founders to executives at Google, Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. Our clients have added millions in revenue, saved thousands of hours, and hit three-year goals in three months. Mostly, they got their evenings, their weekends, and their families back.

Before we settled down, we lived in 23 cities across 17 countries, building the business from wherever we landed. We spent 10 years abroad, including 7 in Medellin, Colombia, where we learned Spanish and grew our family. Today we’re raising three daughters near Atlanta, and the weekly system is what makes a full life and a growing company fit in the same calendar.
That’s the whole point. Not productivity for its own sake, but a method that gives you the freedom, energy, and life that success was supposed to buy.

Find the few moves that actually move the needle, and let the rest go. More output, far fewer hours.
One trusted weekly system instead of scattered lists, so you decide your week before it decides you.
The point was never more work. It’s the freedom, energy, and life that success was supposed to buy.
