The following Terms of Use are entered into by and between yourself and Lifehack Bootcamp, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of lifehackmethod.com and members.lifehackmethod.com (the "Website"), including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through those sites.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By using the Website — or by clicking to accept when prompted — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website. This Website is available to users who are 18 years of age or older.

All payments are due upon receipt. When you purchase services via a payment plan, you agree to pay each installment on the date specified and not to cancel the transaction with your bank or credit card company.

If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, you forfeit ownership of any content purchased. Access will be revoked and necessary legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount.

The Lifehack Tribe VIP program includes private 1:1 calls with Lifehack Method coaches. The following terms apply:

• Usage Period. All private calls must be scheduled and used within one (1) year of purchase. Unused calls at the end of this period are voided and forfeited.
• Scheduling & Availability. You are responsible for scheduling within the usage period. Calls are subject to coach availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule but cannot guarantee specific time slots.
• Non-Transferability. Private calls may not be shared, sold, or assigned to any other individual.

Any subscription membership may be cancelled at any time by contacting [email protected] or by cancelling through your membership profile. Cancellations are processed within 1-2 business days. Any bonuses included with your original purchase will be revoked upon cancellation.

Yearly / 12-Month Installment Plans. Cancelling your active access does not negate your financial commitment for the full term you agreed to at enrollment. Your cancellation prevents auto-renewal for future terms only. You will retain full access to all materials for the period covered by your remaining scheduled payments.

Complaints about service or products may be sent to our support team. There is no guarantee of resolution — each case is reviewed individually.

Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the Website and informs users of our data collection practices. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

We may use AI tools to support and enhance the coaching services we provide. Our use of AI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what information is and is not used in connection with AI tools, and how to opt out if you prefer your information not be used in this way.

By using the Website and participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the AI-related practices described in our Privacy Policy, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website and any service or material we provide without notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all of the Website.

Guests who appear on Company platforms agree to transfer all intellectual property rights in such appearances to the Company.
