Most of our courses and services have a 30 Day money back guarantee. That means you can contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or credit. Courses with a 30-day money back guarantee include Master Your Morning & Evening Routines, Lifehack Tribe, Ballin’ On A Budget, How To Hire Your First VA, and Asana Training & Tutorial.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for the Lifehack Tribe membership program. If you decide to request a refund within 30 days of making a membership payment, you may be eligible for a refund of the payment(s) made during that specific 30-day period. Please note that this refund policy only applies to membership payments made within the 30 days immediately preceding the refund request. Any payments made outside of this 30-day window are not eligible for refund. To request a refund, please follow the refund procedure outlined in our terms and conditions or contact our customer support for assistance.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
