REFUND POLICY 

The following refund agreement is entered into by and between any person who purchases a product or service from Lifehack Bootcamp, Inc and Lifehack Bootcamp, Inc. (“Company“, “we”, “us“, or “our“).

Most of our courses and services have a 30 Day money back guarantee. That means you can contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or credit. Courses with a 30-day money back guarantee include Master Your Morning & Evening Routines, Lifehack Tribe, Ballin’ On A Budget, How To Hire Your First VA, and Asana Training & Tutorial.

Our 60 Day Lifehack Bootcamp comes with a participatory guarantee. It does not come with a 30 Day money back guarantee. That means that if you complete the bootcamp in entirety (including attending all calls, doing all buddy calls, watching all content and completing all homework) and do not get the results you wanted, you can request a full refund on the day of your graduation. Refunds will not be given after graduation day.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
