Thanks for the question Tania. And yes, ABSOLUTELY, morning routines are all they’re cracked up to be. But there’s a catch: They can be insanely hard to start!
People assume that what’s special about morning routines is the contents of the routine itself, but we have a bit of a controversial opinion on this topic…
WHAT you do in your morning routine doesn’t matter!! It’s more about following a certain set of principles when starting your day.
